What you need to know
These heel lifts raise your heels up to 1.5 cm. This will make your legs a little taller, saving you any problems with boot height. They have an adhesive piece on the bottom, which prevents them from sliding forward in your boots. You can always remove these heel lifts later, after the boots undergo the drop
